Every experience begins with a private consultation where we talk through your story, your family, and what you want preserved. From there, Zoe guides everything. You will never be handed a questionnaire and left to figure it out alone. Sessions feel like a conversation, not a production. Many clients tell us they forgot the camera was even there. We handle the details from wardrobe guidance to final delivery so that all you have to do is show up.

That depends on the experience you choose, but at the heart of every Heira Experience is something tangible you can hold, display, and pass down. Clients leave with documentary films, museum-quality portraits personally installed by Zoe, heirloom albums, audio recordings, or restored photographs and documents, often a combination of all of the above. These are not files that live forgotten on a hard drive. They are pieces designed to be seen, shared, and kept for generations.  Secure digital storage is also provided.

The Heira Experience is a fully customized, concierge process, and investment levels vary based on the services, deliverables, and scope of your experience. We do not publish package pricing because no two families have the same story. What we can tell you is that everything is discussed transparently during your private consultation, with no surprises. Sessions can either be done at our private studio inside The MillHouse in downtown McKinney, Texas, or in your home or business if you prefer a more personal setting. For families with members traveling to the Dallas-Fort Worth area, we work with you during the consultation to choose what makes the most sense. On-location sessions are also available for the right story.

The Heira Experience was created because Zoe's sister, Kristina, was in hospice before she realized that her story had not been documented.  We take great care to make sure every client feels seen, heard, and understood no matter what stage of life they are in.
